Communication is key in every area of business. We like to recognise our client’s creativity, accomplishments, brainwaves and bravery through a month award called Booth of the month.

We choose 3 finalists each month who we feel have produced a piece of video communication that entertains, educates, informs or differentiates. The finalists then go to the public vote and the winner in to the Booth video of the year awards every November.

A panda can eat up to 40 lbs of bamboo a day with its mealtimes lasting up to 16 hours at a time. The internet is like a digital panda, its hungry, hungry for content and one of its favourite meals is review videos.

In fact, review videos are one of the most searched topics on YouTube which is why it’s always surprising to us how little you see businesses feed the internet with its favourite dessert.

Pneuma has embraced the review video with content designed for YouTube, the main hunting ground for the review video. They’ve gone deep on features and related it to the business world meaning it’s more targeted than the average review and totally worthy of a place in this month’s finals.

Those pre-video adverts on YouTube can often feel like this however if I stood in your way and managed to make you smile, you might look forward to the next encounter.

Doorsteps.co.uk have taken the key features of their online estate agency and applied them to short simple and amusing scenarios. Matched with a robust remarketing campaign, visitors to their website will pick up all the benefits of their service over time, in a way that’s fun and memorable for the right reasons.

A well-deserved finalist in our do things differently quarter.

In 2015 I received a gift from the council of 9 punctures in a year from potholes, I was not laughing. But now the pain has subsided I can see the funny side but also the need for a world-class pothole solution.

Unfortunately, this does not exist which is why it made the perfect April Fools videos for Summit Hygiene.

You may be thinking, what benefit will a fake product bring my business? The answer is, it’s fun and ever since the 1966s people have been enjoying fun on a regular basis. It’s a great way to start conversations or stay memorable in your customer’s mind.

Also, when we look at the stats on our host, Summit dominated our host for the entire week. The viewers went on to watch many of their other product videos. Well done Summit, a perfect video for our do things differently quarter.
