Communication is key in every area of business. We like to recognise our client’s creativity, accomplishments, brainwaves and bravery through a month award called Booth of the month.

We choose 3 finalists each month who we feel have produced a piece of video communication that entertains, educates, informs or differentiates. The finalists then go to the public vote and the winner in to the Booth video of the year awards every November.

Why they made the finals

If you go back and read what we’ve written below finalists every month for years, you’ll notice one thing (Don’t worry, we will tell you instead of making you do all that work)

“Show, don’t tell” is something we rattle on about a lot. You see, great video, especially promo, is hard to make because you need to come up with a creative way of showing people what you do or can do without just saying it.

The HBS Group have taken the benefits of the pencils they sell and instead of saying “they’re strong” “they don’t break” they are showing it with video evidence. Not only are their benefits now believable, but it’s fun to watch!

Why they made the finals

Let’s face it, if you’re thinking about getting a divorce, you’re not sitting there all day excited about going home and reading the legal documents to find out how it all works.

Sa Law’s video made the finals this month because in whats often referred to as one of the most stressful things a person can do in life, it helps to make the situation just that little bit easier.

The video will save people a tonne of time sifting through paperwork and it’s presented in a precise and human way that clears things up fast. There’s no re-reading the same paragraph over and over again here because you “think” you understand it.  They’re providing a service before you even hire them! Aren’t they lovely.

Why they made the finals

For some, their prices came from the magic pricing hat, for others, it may be the result of hours and hours of careful planning and consideration, either way, we all need pricing.

Sobell Rhodes pricing promo is a top explainer video. It gives you just enough information to intrigue you, make you think about your own business and make you think about the missed opportunity you may have.

As far as video communication goes, its persuasive and the nuggets of information scattered in the promo give it the credibility that’s often lacking in video.
