How to create an automated video e-mail funnel

What if your e-mail sign up built relationships whilst you slept at night? What if when people called you they already knew all about you, your processes and systems and they felt like they knew you and your team?
The technology to do this has been around for years yet many SMEs don’t use it. Initially the costs was too much for the software but now that’s not an issue you should seriously consider this as an important part of your marketing if not the most important part.
Once you’ve got your head around the process (which is pretty confusing to start) and have developed you own system you can leave it on doing the hard work for you. In fact it could potentially eliminate the need for meetings, long sales calls and generate more business in the background every day.

How do you get people in to your list?
There are many ways to do this but we feel we use the simplest method, it’s cheap and effective.
The process we use to grow our list is simple. We don’t sponsor our content on any platforms to a cold audience, we do re-market it to people who come to our site (You know those annoying adverts that follow you about)
The combination of this and the traffic we already get to our site means the list grows steadily. You just have to make sure your sign up forms are everywhere and your offering looks detailed, entertaining and is of interest to your audience.
We also distribute our weekly vlog which always has a sign up form on for nothing other than to join the Booth Club and this too drives sign ups.
If you’re seriously considering this then check these things out to see if you can get a result without having to spend more cash.
• How much traffic comes to your site on a monthly basis?
• How often do you produce content to feed to your list after
• How much traffic do your social platforms drive to your site
• What are your e-mail open rates and click rates?
Once you’ve got an idea of this you can work out how engaging your content is. If it’s lower than expected try spending more time on your content and distribution before you splash out on a full system. If people don’t seem to react to what you’re already making then you might want to fix that first.
