How have Value Rater used video in 2019?

YouTube adverts

Matt has been using playing video ads on YouTube but only so they appear on specific videos and channels that are relevant to his audience. This has results in low cost conversions being funnel from YouTube in to his e-mail and then on to a product sign up. Genius!

Meet me videos

Value Rater have teamed up with some big players in the horse racing industry. They will provide content for the site and help market the business. Matt wanted to keep things personal so he made sure all of his providers had a video produced introducing them. They work so well as they’re human and engaging. Not only that but they set his site apart from the over text-based and stale competition’s.

Partnership content

Value Rater sponsored Bath Racecourse this year. They also produced a whole series of videos which Bath would use on their own site giving the brand more exposure and spreading their values of making racing more attainable for everyone across the sport.

Educational vlogs

From how to read race day programme guide to more detailed videos like the example above about how to pick a winner, Value Rater know the importance of useful content and don’t didn’t shy away from it in 2019.

Product explainer videos

Matt’s love for video means he doesn’t have a service page on his site without a short explainer video? Why? Because they increase his conversion by 40% this year.
